3 Quotes Connect (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates 3quotesconnect.com and the related lead-matching service that pairs homeowners with up to three pre-vetted remodeling contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Contact details you submit through our quote form: first and last name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code.
Project details you provide: project type (bathroom, kitchen, whole house), budget range, timeline, scope description, and whether you have already received quotes elsewhere.
SMS consent records: whether you opted in to transactional and/or marketing text messages, and the timestamp of each opt-in. We retain these records to comply with carrier audit requirements.
Technical and attribution data: IP address, referring page, UTM parameters, and click identifiers (e.g. gclid, fbclid) captured automatically when you visit the site.

2. How we use your information

To match you with up to three remodeling contractors who serve your area and project type.
To send you the quotes, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications you request.
To improve our matching, our website, and our ad campaigns.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. SMS messaging and consent

If you opt in to text messages on our quote form, you may receive two distinct categories of messages from us:

Transactional messages related to your specific quote request — such as contractor matches, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups. Frequency varies based on the activity on your request.
Marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Frequency varies; we will not exceed reasonable limits.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our services is permitted. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share your information

Matched contractors. When you submit a quote request, we share your contact information and project details with up to three remodeling contractors so they can prepare and deliver quotes. Your mobile opt-in consent for our SMS program is not shared with these contractors.
Service providers. We use third-party vendors for hosting, analytics, advertising attribution, and communication delivery (including the SMS provider that delivers our text messages). These vendors process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

5. Your choices

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
You may unsubscribe from email by following the link in any email we send.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@3quotesconnect.com.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and we restrict access to personal information to staff and vendors who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS consent records are retained for the duration required by carrier and regulatory rules.

8. Children’s privacy

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
