Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 3quotesconnect.comand the related lead-matching and SMS messaging services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by 3 Quotes Connect (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
3 Quotes Connect matches homeowners with up to three pre-vetted remodeling contractors based on the project information you submit (project type, budget, timeline, ZIP code, and scope). We are not a contractor; we do not perform construction work, and we do not guarantee any specific contractor’s pricing, availability, or workmanship. All contracts and payments for remodeling work are between you and the contractor you choose.
2. SMS messaging program
The 3 Quotes Connect SMS program lets us text you about your quote and (if you opt in) about offers and updates. Participation is voluntary and is not required to use the Service.
- Sender: 3 Quotes Connect. Messages will identify us as the sender.
- Programs: two distinct opt-in programs are available — transactional (quote-related: contractor matches, appointment confirmations, follow-ups) and marketing (special offers, discounts, service updates). You may opt in to either, both, or neither.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on the activity on your quote request and on current promotions.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@3quotesconnect.com.
- Supported carriers: all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the phone number, email address, and address you provide. You must provide accurate information; we may decline or terminate service for inaccurate, fraudulent, or abusive submissions.
4. No professional advice
Information on the Service (including blog content) is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for licensed professional advice. Always consult a licensed contractor, engineer, designer, or other relevant professional for your specific project.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information provided through the Service is accurate or complete.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3 Quotes Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 3 Quotes Connect harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
